6 months of Holy Innocent Slaughter

ON FOREIGN FIELDS - 6 months of Holy Innocent Slaughter

Only on the 2 April, after the killing of seven Western humanitarian aid workers by our friend and ally Israel, do we see Western leaders expressing anger at what the Incompetent Defence Force of that nation has, once again, perpetrated.  Yet, out of control Israel had already murdered non-Hamas fighters numbering well over 20,000 innocents by that date without hardly a murmur of disapproval from our upstanding leaders.  Only when Israel started murdering our own Brits did our politicians start objecting!  Shamefully, they are somewhat lacking in integrity, justice and concern for others.

Every faith and civic leader should be calling for the banning of all armaments and military equipment to Israel.  All they have to do is to send messages to that end to every MP and councillor in their borough to finally act.

After all, it was ourselves who had the mandate to govern Palestine for much of the last century; to govern in justice for both Arabs and Jews.  We were at fault in failing in that duty.  At fault in failing to stand up to Jewish terrorism from 1945 to 1948 that led to the UK meekly surrendering to the terrorist gangs and immediately recognising the State of Israel as the legitimate government of much of Palestine.  There has been intermittent war ever since for Israel to gain more land without any sanctions imposed upon them.  No sanctions because lawless Israel is part of the ruling club of powerful Western nations in the world.  Such partiality is totally unacceptable.  It led to the 7.10.23 atrocity.

AT HOME

At home, these same politicians are funding the new tram network instead of returning the trains.  This is no way to reduce poverty; the poor get austerity and bad housing; the rich transport bosses get their grossly extravagant and climate-worsening trams - of all kinds, too.  All to make Brum a world-class city like Milan, Paris or Tokyo.  And to impress with a wow of admiration from visitors.

At home and abroad, this is despicable behaviour by people who should know very much better.
