Phil Sturgeon, Please will you help me over the major, strategic 22 Kms Black Country Cycle-Walk Mudway?  It EXISTS (like our forgotten 120 Kms railway) and is down on the OS Explorer map 219, Wolverhampton and Dudley as "Traffic-free cycle route' but only people in wellies and on mountain bikes can use two long sections of it!  Please email MayorsOffice@wmca.org.uk and send the reply to me - PLEASE, Phil!  Thanks, Tim  We must quickly reduce our deadly greenhouse gas emissions.
