Dudley cllrs for 40 years have had as their top transport priority the destruction of their principal mainline railway, even over and above, its reinstatement, that they definitely don't want, rather than the tiny fraction of funds required for updating their section of the UK"s, possibly first and longest urban-rural-urban, cycle-walkway.
