Are you certain that for every tree cut down another is planted in its place? And, how long before another is planted?
Do we need organic material to enrich the soil to grow our food?
Peat is drying out and giving off carbon dioxide. Is that right? Can organic material help rather than be burnt to give heat and warmth that we can partly get by living more simply, wrapping up warmer and using solar for electricity?
