PHOTOS I've been forgetting to send you:

View of M6 Toll railway bridge from below with my last decade's banner (it did not last long!!):
Photo below is the bridge from above.  It was built for intercity trains between London and Edinburgh but is now being turned into a dog walkers' paradise of a cycle-walkway!  What a waste.  What a scandal.  What idiocy!  But we DO get HS2 for frequent flyers to have a break from all that flying between London and Brum!

My comment is:  "The senior leadership team at WMCA have more money than sense with their tram construction that is three times more expensive per Km to build than 46 other tram extensions around the world.  There must be a public inquiry to report back in 12 months time and carried out by Max Caller, without a penny more going to him with his already obscene and grossly inflated 'water bosses' size salary - and, sadly, with so little to show for it."

You wrote that you wanted an independent expert in:
"I am just writing a piece about the Digbeth tram line - where costs have rocketed to £352m from £227m in just four years, and it still won't be open until 2026 at earliest (other than very short extension to Clayton Hotel next year). If anyone can provide a brief expert comment on this huge cost please let me know."

Your expert is the CNNCT man, Mat Taylor, details here:
