W Midlands mainline railway - now in S Staffordshire between Brownhills and Lichfield, a distance of 12 Kms - is causing more use of cars, faster decline in finite oil reserves and accelerating the heating of the planet's land and oceans.

The first one was for trams at 3 x the expense per Km of other tram construction projects around the world.

That means 3 x the quantity of GHG emissions to further underline the folly of top officers and their cllrs and MPs who rubber stamp their thoughtless, madcap, Trump-like schemes. 

Nothing quite like the idiocy of us humans to make things worse for ourselves!
