You're right, Steve. Best is drastic cut in finite fossil fuel use; restraint, even sacrifice with my 50% cut in my car mileage with less travelling, more pushbike use. Mitigation jobs only to help cut greenhouse gases in medium to long term. So, wealthy must support the rest.
