We've just had three days exploring Cardiff and environs on foot and hire bike - Ovo Energy bikes sit up and beg heavyweights! Travelled by train from Brum to Cardiff and stayed in a hotel for two nights. A very active three days of exploring on foot and one day on the Ovo bikes, plus boat trip but well worth it and a most impressive and varied terrain of city, country and beach visited. Our first time in Cardiff area, too with the most beautiful sweeping curve of very posh St David's Shopping Arcade, leading on from the more ordinary Queen's Arcade!
