What a truly great book. Outstanding. I'm reading parts a second time. What a dreadful record by those who should know better - us Westerners!

He said "It was a mistake saying the hospital was flattened" about Israel seeming to have hit a Gazan hospital attack on October 17th when it was Hamas.
Bowen says that the best way to counter charges of bias is to tell the truth.
"Impartiality is being truthful." "We are not cheer leaders."
"We use BBC Verify."
"Israel does not let us in because they want to control the media battlefield which in modern warfare is really important."
"Israel has blacked out information at times,
"Foreign journalists cannot go in unless occasionally under Israel's tight control."
