It is now too late with this petition to remove "Repeat the Berlin Airlift". HMG will well know what we mean and the airlift work is all important to drop food on Gaza and water by boat from Cyprus. Israel will not dream of stopping the RAF and the Royal Navy, as they did with the Greta Thunberg boat the other week!
There is no way that the Govt will even look at the petition, anyway without five supporters agreeing to them at least looking at it - when they might just possibly understand what we are on about, viz "If you can't stop killing us, stop starving us to death", as the Gazan woman said on Sunday, 1 pm Radio 4 News.
If we can do it for Berlin in 1948/9 to beat the Soviets/Russians, we can surely do it for the Palestinians to beat the Israelis.
