23,000 sq m, no less at High Plateau, Merry Hill if only it can saved from immorally extravagant Metro trams and ALL of it used for 1/2 bedrooms, highly energy efficient, solar-powered apartments for those most badly housed now, including migrants. Wasted, unused for decades - since the 90s, I believe. We have a housing crisis NOT a crisis over too few trams! Right priority, please Andy, my friend.
