Such has been the devastating impact of the Judeo-Christian empires on the world over recent centuries, I think they have all been a curse on humanity.
The descendants of Abraham were meant to be a blessing on the nations of the earth. It has turned out nothing like that. Utterly shameful.
For me, it brings into question the authenticity or veracity or value of those parts of Scripture which are obviously suspect.
The Gospels, read by David Suchet are superb, however - socialist, humane, civilised. RECOMMENDED!
