The £15 BILLION of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (Jan 2020 figure) must be used to fight climate catastrophe, resource shortages and fast deteriorating life support systems. Not to make them all worse! Use fast diminishing oil and gas reserves to help the emergency!
