Trams, tram-trains and trains to be confined to our remaining railway tracks rather than the Metro tram ploughing through the landscaping, trees and my vertical guerrilla garden at Merry Hill Shopping Centre. I am opposing the Combined Authority's intention to leave passengers/shoppers deposited next to the towpath, on top of a steep embankment and, over 100 metres from the front entrance!
