After forty years, it is still not too late to ask for the responsible, very much cheaper and sensible plan to send the Dudley trams down the railway line to Stourbridge Jct, with a tram stop at Brierley Hill. Please explain this to Qadar and your colleagues. And, you are the official Opposition, too! My council tax includes your expenses to oppose this very foolish and immoral and scandalous plan to destroy your premier Dudley No 1 Canal embankment, the only public open space and, by the rusty iron wall, the nature site at Merry Hill.
Like me, please insist that the Dudley tram must use the principal, mainline railway "of national strategic significance".
