Get Merry Hill rich in wildlife

At the 9 July meeting, may I propose this motion to see if there is a seconder, after discussion?:

"In the light of
  1. the climate emergency,
  2. that the UK is one of the most nature depleted countries in the world and,
  3. all of the 22,000 sq m of designated housing land at Merry Hill Shopping Centre must be urgently used for the most badly housed in the Black Country and is not partly taken by the tram.
"Therefore, WMCC insists that the Metro tram, already planned for the railway, stays on the railway so that it does not divert off into Merry Hill to destroy the housing land, nature and public open space but, instead, connects with the national railway network at Stourbridge Jct.

"It is noted that, with their plan, TfWM/WMCA plan to level up the rich owners of Merry Hill with yet more rich assets, using public money, to advantage them at the expense of the rest of us."
