You are STILL destroying, by breaking up, the 120 Kms Black Country Railway "of national strategic significance"
with Metro trams and VLR test track, with the possibility of the Stourbridge Shuttle also going on the line to Brierley Hill Cottage Street.
Yesterday, at the WMCA Energy and Environment Board meeting, the Chair thought I was bankrupting Britain with my insistent suggestions for a lower climate impacting region. How does he work that out when he is destroying yet more lengths of unused railway lines like the principal, mainline Black Country Railway between Worcester and Derby and this:
- we must have money cut from warfare, Trident renewal, HS2/Metro/Sprint extensions and rooms at a maximum of 18C heat. The money saved must go to ALL age groups having free public transport that I've had for nearly 15 years, bus priority on bus lanes and traffic lights and, the poor properly housed, fed and kept warm.
- Solar powered, low cost, very energy efficient, small apartments on the 19,000 sq metres wasted space at High Plateau, Merry Hill Shopping Centre.
